We are looking to add to our team of bright, energetic, customer-orientated team players in Kettering – with individuals who are able to look after the immediate and future needs of our customers.
As a Customer Advisor you will be responsible for:
• Creating an immediate and long-lasting rapport with our customers
• Managing customers’ service experience
• Offering products and services to cement business relationships with customers

Experience within the motor industry is not essential however the successful Customer Advisor will have:
• Previously worked within a customer service/hospitality role
• An understanding of exceptional customer service
• A commitment to selling extra value
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual
• Good IT skills
We offer a competitive basic salary, realistic uncapped earnings of approximately £32,000, partially subsidised Volkswagen vehicle on a staff benefit scheme and a comprehensive training and support programme.
